  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Atolea gift box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
